A shared view of every moving part.
A connected web and mobile product for making consistent social content easier to deliver and use. Agents can onboard a local business, capture its brand details, apply a reusable design template, and manage its account from a Nuxt workspace. The client-facing Flutter app then delivers daily branded posts, a browseable content library, custom image-and-message creation, download and sharing actions, and notifications when new content is ready.
Target users
Local business owners who need a practical way to stay visible on social channels, marketing agents managing client accounts, agency administrators, and platform teams responsible for templates, content, and service requests.
Business problem
Many local businesses know they need to post consistently but do not have the time, design skills, or in-house marketing resource to create content every day. Agencies face the opposite scaling problem: manually creating, collecting approvals for, and distributing tailored content for many small clients creates a growing operational burden. Both sides need a reliable system that keeps content on-brand without turning everyday posting into a design project.
Solution
We built a tiered marketing-content platform around reusable canvas templates and structured client branding. Agencies and agents use the web workspace to create client accounts, select or edit templates, manage content and service requests, and work within role-aware data scopes. Clients authenticate by phone in the mobile app, receive content designed for their business category, choose a post format, create their own content when needed, then download or share it to the channels they already use.

Architecture
The Nuxt 4 and Vue 3 administration platform uses Pinia and TanStack Query for application and server state, Tailwind and shadcn-vue for interface foundations, and Konva.js for template authoring and canvas previews. Nitro server routes use Firebase Admin for protected operations across Firestore, Storage, and Auth, with custom claims defining super-admin, agency-admin, and agent access. The Flutter application uses Riverpod and GoRouter with Firebase Auth, Firestore, Storage, Messaging, and a WebView-based Konva renderer to retrieve, compose, cache, download, and share branded client content.

Challenges
The product needed to make high-quality branded publishing feel simple for a business owner while giving agencies enough control to support many accounts. Key challenges included safely modelling agency, agent, and client data boundaries; building editable templates without losing layout consistency; keeping square and vertical templates aligned; rendering canvas content reliably on mobile; handling downloads, native sharing, and media inputs across devices; and delivering fresh content without requiring clients to understand the operating workflow behind it.
