Integrated Business Hub Suite
A connected suite of focused applications for learning, hiring, collaboration, and controlled team spending, giving growing organisations one consistent operating layer.

A shared view of every moving part.
A family of role-aware applications designed to work together without forcing every workflow into one oversized dashboard. Training Hub manages courses and learning content, Recruit Hub supports candidate intake and interviews, Connect Hub enables teams and meetings, and Spend Hub controls team budgets, cards, and transaction visibility. A shared suite website explains the product model and routes organisations to the right workspace.
Target users
People teams, hiring managers, trainers, employees, finance administrators, team leads, and staff using shared collaboration and spending tools.
Business problem
Growing organisations often assemble separate tools for recruitment, training, meetings, and employee spending. The result is duplicated user records, inconsistent permissions, disconnected notifications, and little visibility across the employee lifecycle. Each team needs a focused workflow, but the organisation still needs shared identity, governance, and reporting.
Solution
We shaped the product as a coordinated suite: each hub keeps its own navigation and domain language while sharing authentication patterns, company and team context, role-aware access, and API conventions. The experience supports the journey from finding and interviewing people, to onboarding and training them, collaborating day to day, and giving teams controlled budgets for work-related purchases.

Architecture
The suite uses multiple Vue.js applications with shared GraphQL and AWS Amplify patterns. Cognito handles authentication, Vuex supports application state, and APIs coordinate users, companies, teams, learning records, candidate data, meetings, budgets, cards, and transactions. A Strapi-backed training service supports content administration, while integrations handle video meetings, email, uploads, and transaction workflows.

Challenges
The central challenge was balancing product consistency with the needs of four distinct domains. Shared authentication and company data had to remain dependable while each app evolved independently. We also had to make role boundaries clear, keep complex workflows usable for non-technical administrators, coordinate real-time or asynchronous updates, and preserve a coherent experience across desktop workspaces and mobile-oriented journeys.

Client feedback
“The suite gave us a much clearer operating model. Each team can focus on its own work, while administrators still have the shared identity, controls, and visibility they need across the organisation.”
